Go to the bookstore, get more books on self improvement, management and leadership. Become a student of leadership.

Make yourself a better person, husband, wife, parent or whatever. If you are a better person, you are going to be a better leader. If you are a better person you will be more respected and consequently will have a more respected company.

Find books on discovering the inner you. Find out what makes you happy, what you need to have to have a complete life. If you are more content with your life, you are going to make a better manager.

Become humble and magnanimous. You want other people to experience the glory of victory, even those that may have wronged you. After all your job is to build a successful company, not feed your ego.
